Karma’s Korner is both an online and in-person space to bring out your best when it comes to your health, fitness and nutrition goals. Through sound, proven principles, you’ll be given the tools to conquer what you’ve set out to achieve. Work hard. Have fun. Get results!

Meet

Karma Schopp

My passion is to train my clients so they reach their health and fitness goals. At the young age of 15, I received my first coaching certification. After that, I continued my education in the fitness field, earning many more certifications and awards. I’ll give you straightforward answers that help to simplify your journey. I’ve personally been on both ends of the scale from a size 0 all the way to size 14. So, I get what the extremes can do to your health and your mental state of being.

 

I’m also an AAU Strongwoman world record holder with multiple gold medals as well as several overall female champion awards, 2 time NPC Women’s Physique Division Overall Champion. I’ve been a 3-time Nationals silver medalist in Olympic style weightlifting and have competed in kickboxing, karate tournaments, played softball, basketball, volleyball, Rugby and was the only female on my high school wrestling team.
