Self-Care
We are responsible for taking care of ourselves every day of our lives, remembering all aspects of our well-being; physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
We can take care of ourselves physically by eating properly, exercising, resting, and seeing our doctor and dentist regularly. We can take care of our mental selves by reading, learning new things, and giving up false beliefs and magical thinking.
Emotionally we can take care of ourselves by understanding and accepting our feelings, and finding appropriate ways to express them. We can take care of our spiritual selves through prayer and meditation - our conscious contract with our Higher Power.
